1. Overview
OSHA Action Packet (“Service,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Not legal advice
The Service is an administrative response tool that organizes citation data into actionable documents. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance regarding your OSHA citation.
3. One-time purchase
The full action packet is a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout (currently $349 per citation). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Optional add-ons are priced separately.
4. Refund policy
Because the packet is generated immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available once processing has begun. If the Service is unable to process your citation (unsupported format), no charge is made.
5. Account access
You access the Service via magic-link email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used at checkout. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised email accounts.
6. Data retention
Your uploaded PDF and generated packet data are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. To delete your data, contact support@oshaactionpacket.com.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes related to your own OSHA citations or citations you are authorized to manage. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific packet at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
