Terms of Service

Last updated: April 22, 2026

1. Overview

OSHA Action Packet (the “Service”) is a paid administrative tool for organizing federal OSHA citation data into an abatement packet, documentation workflow, Owner Handoff materials, and printable downloads. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not legal advice

The Service is not legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not file anything with OSHA. It helps organize deadlines, proof needs, templates, and packet outputs. Consult qualified counsel for legal strategy, contested matters, fatalities, willful allegations, or major penalty exposure.

3. One-time purchase

The paid product is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout for the specific citation. Most cases are $349, and some simple cases qualify for a lower post-preview price. There is no subscription or recurring charge for the purchased packet.

4. Unsupported files and refunds

Upload is free to check support. Unsupported citations are not charged. Because the paid packet is generated immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available once processing begins unless required by law.

5. Account access

Access is delivered through secure magic-link email sign-in. You are responsible for controlling access to the email address used for checkout and packet delivery.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for citations you own, manage, or are authorized to review. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

7. Data retention

Uploaded PDFs, extracted data, packet progress, and generated packet outputs are retained until you request deletion or we decide to retire the data under our internal policies. Contact support@oshaactionpacket.com for deletion requests.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid for the citation packet at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the last-updated date on this page.
